- Late Payments: Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by Massachusetts law.
- Taxes: You are responsible for paying all applicable sales, use, or other taxes related to the Services.

- Service Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of every job we perform. Specific guarantees will be outlined in your Service Agreement. We are committed to completing all work safely, professionally, and to the standard agreed upon prior to commencement.
- Limitations: Tree care and removal involves inherent risks associated with working with large natural organisms, unpredictable weather, and varied property conditions. While we use industry-best practices and ISA-standard techniques, results can be affected by environmental factors, underground utility locations, structural conditions of trees, and site accessibility. We cannot be held responsible for pre-existing conditions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
